With a sustainable lifestyle, we clean the air, water and atmosphere, protect animals and plant species and secure important resources for the future.

Nature, the beautiful mountain landscape around the Wilder Kaiser is our greatest treasure that needs to be preserved. But above all, we are convinced that sustainability is right and important for the future. We are committed to working in a resource-saving manner and to maintaining high ecological and social standards.

Our Measures

• Our detergents from Hagleitner deliberately avoid using raw materials that are harmful to health and the environment. They are free of NTA, EDTA and phosphates.
• Through our ongoing thermal building renovation, we are currently saving around 15 tons of Co2 every year
• In summer, our kitchen uses herbs, flowers and mushrooms from our own herb garden and the surrounding forests. They also source meat from local butchers and seasonal fruit and vegetables from the region
• As a partner hotel in the Green Arrival project from the Wilder Kaiser Tourism Association, we always recommend a climate-neutral journey to our guests
• We operate our own forestry in our forest of approx. 15 hectares, and thus contribute a small part to our unbeatable air quality
• Our in-house water source supplies us with fresh, clear mountain water
• We pay great attention to plastic-free packaging. Unfortunately, you still have to be content with a few exceptions today.
